An original and unique dark beer made from barley, special yeast and the water of Wicklow mountains. Roasting the barley gives the beer its characteristic colour, aroma and taste properties. The bottle contains a ‘widget’ or plastic cylinder, which creates a unique and special foam, as if it were a draft beer.
