Refund and Returns Policy

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the products within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.


2. Please fill out the withdrawal form (available below).

3. After receiving the application, we will contact the customer within 2 working days at the latest and agree on the process of returning the goods to the warehouse.

4. The customer has the right to withdraw from the products if the products are unused and undamaged, including in the original packaging. As these are easily breakable products, the product packaging must be opened carefully and without breaking the packaging. If the customer has used, damaged or damaged the returned products, Prike has the right to refuse the return.

5. Refunds will be made by Prike within 7 working days from recieving the goods back. Refunds are made to the customer’s current account, which the customer submits when completing the return application. The returns are free of charge.

Submission of subsequent claims and liability

1. The customer undertakes to inform Prike about the non-conformity of the products as soon as possible upon its discovery, i.e. to file a claim.

Prike is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer.

2. . In the case of non-compliant products, a claim can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. The claim must state the customer’s name and contact details, the date of the claim submission, the defect that occurred on the product and the content of the claim, and add proof of purchase document.

3. Prike is not responsible for damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the customer during order fulfillment, including delivery delays, if this is due to circumstances beyond Prike’s control.

4. Prike is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of ordered goods.

5. If the buyer and Prike cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the e-shop. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
