Purchase and sale information

1. SIA Prike Latvija  sells alcohol products only to adult customers who have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old when placing an order. The customer’s age is checked by the courier when handing over the alcohol products.

2. You can make a purchase both without registering as a user and by registering as a Prike e-store customer. To confirm the registration, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. WE AUTOMATICALLY GIVE EVERY REGISTERED CUSTOMER A 15% DISCOUNT. AFTER REGISTRATION, ALL PRICES ARE ALREADY DISPLAYED WITH A DISCOUNT PRICE AND YOU CAN CHECK THE APPLICATION OF THE DISCOUNT IN THE SHOPPING CART, EXCEPT FOR PRODUCTS WITH A FIXED PRICE IN THE CAMPAIGN (information about the corresponding campaign is sent to the customer via e-mail or displayed on the E-shop banner) AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS WITH A FIXED PRICE.


3. SIA Prike Latvija  ensures the use of personal data provided by the customer only in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, especially to the extent necessary to fulfill the order. Through SIA Prike Latvija , in order to ensure better functioning of the e-store service, the customer’s personal data reach the following third parties: ADM Interactive OÜ (provide IT support and development services for the SIA Prike Latvija  e-store), Zone Media OÜ (e-store cloud service provider) and Venipak Latvia SIA (delivery of goods). Personal data are the data that the customer provides when registering as a customer and placing an order; first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

4. In the case of a purchase of 59 euros (including VAT) and above, the delivery of the goods is included in the price of the order (except express delivery), below that, the price of the delivery of goods within the Republic of Latvia is 5.95 euros (including VAT). WE DELIVER THE GOODS ONLY WITHIN THE BORDER OF THE REPUBLIC OF LATVIA .

5. It is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

6. Delivery is provided only on working days.

7. We provide same-day delivery (except weekends and public holidays) only in the territory of Riga, when placing an order before 10:00. The order will be delivered from 12:00-22:00. Orders placed later will be delivered on the following working day between 8:00 and 17:00.

8. Delivery on the next working day (except for orders placed on weekends and public holidays) is available throughout the territory of Latvia from 8:00-17:00. for orders placed until 15:00.

9. The partner of SIA Prike Latvija  in delivering the goods to the customer is Venipak Latvija SIA.

10. The courier company is obliged to ask the customer for an identity document and may not hand over the goods in its absence, because SIA Prike Latvija  mainly delivers alcoholic products and the delivery of goods is allowed only to persons of legal age (18 years and older).

11. Upon receipt of the products, the customer is obliged to immediately check the conformity of the products with the invoice-consignment sheet.

12. If upon receipt of the products it appears that there are products not ordered, defective, in broken packaging, SIA Prike Latvija  customer service  +371 25565557 or send information  to [email protected]. Customer service is open (except holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Principles of direct marketing

1. SIA Prike Latvija sends newsletters and offers to the Customer’s e-mail address only if the Customer has confirmed his wish when registering as a customer in the e-store.

2. The customer can also opt out of direct mail at any time via the instructions/link under the direct mail or by notifying his/her wish at the email address [email protected].

Product returns and refunds

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the products within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

2. Please fill out the withdrawal form by downloading it from this link – the return form.

3. After receiving the application, we will contact the customer within 2 working days at the latest and agree on the process of returning the goods to the warehouse. The costs of returning the goods are covered by Prike.

4. The customer has the right to withdraw from the products if the products are unused and undamaged, including in the original packaging. As these are easily breakable products, the product packaging must be opened carefully and without breaking the packaging. If the customer has used, damaged or damaged the returned products, SIA Prike Latvija  has the right to refuse the return.

5. Refunds will be made by SIA Prike Latvija  within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods withdrawal application. Refunds are made to the customer’s current account, which the customer submits when completing the return application.

Submission of subsequent claims and liability

1. The customer undertakes to inform Prike about the non-conformity of the products as soon as possible upon its discovery, i.e. to file a claim.

Prike is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer.

2. In the case of non-compliant products, a claim can be submitted by e-mail to info@prikeshop. The claim must state the customer’s name and contact details, the date of the claim submission, the defect that occurred on the product and the content of the claim, and add proof of purchase document.

3. Prike is not responsible for damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the customer during order fulfillment, including delivery delays, if this is due to circumstances beyond Prike’s control.

4. Prike is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of ordered goods.

5. If the buyer and Prike cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the e-shop. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.

1. The prices of the products are presented in euros and include VAT. The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods.

2. The customer pays for the order in full in advance.

3. You can pay for products ordered from the SIA Prike Latvija  e-store via a bank link. The bank link service is provided by Montonio Finance OÜ.

4. When you have made the payment in the online bank, be sure to press the Back to merchant button . Otherwise, it may happen that the information about the successful payment does not reach us and the fulfillment of your order is unnecessarily delayed.

5. Payment is made outside the e-shop environment in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. SIA Prike Latvija  does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data.

Filling an order

1. We will start fulfilling your order once you have confirmed the order and paid for the entire order.

2. After making the purchase and paying for the order, we will send a notification by e-mail that the order has been received. If you do not receive a notification by e-mail, call +371 25565557 for more information.

3. If there are errors on the invoice delivery note (unsolicited goods, quantities, etc.), you must immediately contact customer service by phone +371 25565557.

4. SIA Prike Latvija  has the right to refuse to sell the product to the customer after the purchase has been completed by the customer due to discovered technical errors: wrongly entered price, quantity, etc. SIA Prike Latvija  is obliged to immediately notify the customer by e-mail or telephone.
