Gerard Bertrand Clos du Temple 2020

0 reviews

Gérard Bertrand is a French winery that has been making exceptional wines since 1920. The Clos Du Temple vineyards are located in the heart of Langedoc, Cabrières, historically considered the birthplace of rosé wines. The grapes are hand-picked and biodynamic principles have been followed in the production of the wine. Clos du Temple is biodynamic, sustainable, organic and vegan. No added sulfites. The taste is dry and perfectly balanced, rich. The aftertaste is long and persistent, noticeably mineral. Ripe apricot, white peach, green and rose pepper can be felt in the aroma. Made by combining the best qualities of five grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Viognier, Mourvèdre). The wine has matured for 6 months on yeast in new oak barrels. Drinks Business Global Rosé Masters (best rosé in the world 2020)
