12 Year Old Single Malt whisky from Islay, considered the most strongly roasted whisky. Literally translated, ‘Caol Ila’ means the Sound of Islay, a straight which lies between the Isles of Islay and Jura. The malt comes from Port Ellen and the water from Torrabolls Loch. The aroma has hints of medicines, spices, and black bread, while the taste includes flavours of peat and sweet nuts.
