Thomas Barton Réserve Médoc AOC

0 reviews

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, selecting only the best berries for making wine. Handwork in the vineyard, careful selection and minimal intervention in the natural ripening process give us this elegant wine. This wine is made from 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine has a deep ruby color with a violet hue. The bouquet is dominated by aromas of black cherries and blueberries, as well as nuances of mint, black pepper and licorice. The taste is full and well balanced. Aftertaste – soft, with mature and persistent tannins. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18° C. It goes perfectly with tuna, steak and cheeses served with cherry marmalade.
