Marqués de Griñón, located near Toledo, is a unique winery, the first in Spain to be awarded with Pago DO status. Svmma Varietalis is a full-bodied, perceptibly mineral and well-balanced red wine. The taste is dominated by wild berries. The tannins are soft. Elegant spiciness emerges in the mid-palate and abundant berry fruit in the aftertaste. Ripe dark berries can be felt in the soft and round aroma. Spicy notes and a slight smoky nuance emerge in the background. Grapes used in production: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot.
