Smooth and lightly oily in texture. The robust, sweet taste exudes dried fruit character, savoury-spicy and salty, developing powerfully smoky hints of peat. Smoother and sweeter with a drop of water, it remains full of life. Finish - long, drying and lightly smoky, with lingering salt and a peat aftertaste. A bit of water adds chilli pepper spice.
