Crisp, bright acidity — a “liquid-silver” acidity — giving the wine clarity and freshness, highlighting green and stone fruit (white apple, cool plums) and a distinctly mineral backbone. The mousse is fine, delicate and airy — giving a light, elegant mouth-feel.Finish shows subtle salinity or mineral edge, with a lingering clean, fresh, citrus-mineral aftertaste.
