Rose wine

Rosé wine is made by briefly fermenting red grape skins with the juice, creating a pink color. There are three main methods to produce rosé: Maceration, where red grapes rest in the juice for a few hours; Saignée, which involves "bleeding" off some juice early in red wine production; and Blending, where a bit of red wine is added to white. The flavors typically include red fruit, flowers, citrus, and melon, varying by grape type.
